Partyhats (Phat) are discontinued items on RuneScape. They price around 500,000,000gp (500m) on Runescape. Because they were the Christmas item in 2001 they are pretty rare which means they are very expensive. On RuneScape they have become sort of a status symbol along with santa hats and other discontinued items. On Frugooscape the codes for "phats" are 1038-1070. If you get one, always make another for emergency. on Frugooscape you can get the rumored Black Party Hat, which in RuneScape proved to never exist. Another Frugooscape only Party Hat is the Al party hat, named after its creator.
